are not only confident you will be happy with your new merchandise, but also
pleased with the quality, and timely manner you receive your order.
All orders
are backed with 100% customer satisfaction or your money back if returned within the guidelines of FashionFlairs.com returned policy.
We will be glad to make an exchange, give you store
credit, or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely
happy with excluding sale items.
All customer's requesting to make a return or exchange must request a return authorization number. To request a RA number please click here. Please include your order number, customer number, and reason for the return when filling out your request.
All returned items must be returned
within 10 days from time you received your order. All
merchandise must be returned in free from any defect,
sealed, and must have the hang tags still attached. We will not accept any returns
if the item(s) has been used or damaged for any reason. Returned orders which are received after 10 days will be charged
a 20% restocking fee, and receive store credit. Return shipping is at your own expense. Fashion Flairs will not accept any returns after 30
days. If you received Free Shipping with your original
order and decide to make a return you will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 for
the original shipping cost.
